Seminar designed for both aspiring and professional filmmakers covering the legal aspects of making films. Issues covered include the acquisition of rights, copyright, cast and crew agreements, financing, copyright and legal issues in script development, underlying rights, option agreements and writing agreements.
Tutor: Damian McParland
Damian is a corporate partner in Millar McCall Wylie Solicitors, one of the leading law firms in Northern Ireland. He has worked in entertainment law for many years and regularly advises on all legal aspects of film and television.
