Open Arts/Fleming Fulton Wednesday December 5th This was the first time when the project workers did not get to meet to discuss the layout of the session ahead and this was a mistake, as we needed the chance to discuss the group dynamics for the development of the project. This was also the first week where we broke the group up so that we could deliver more intensive training in technical skills….this would have been fine if the school play hadn't been happening that evening! As it was, one group worked on camera and most of the second group were pulled for rehearsals, leaving Anne, (who was doing research work), to having to resort to one on one discussion. She did not feel that this was to the benefit of the group and felt restructuring was needed. From this experience we have decided to pre-plan each month in advance so that we don't run into the same difficulties again. Gerard, Dearbhla and Anne
